Appearance: Rounded and flattened at
the base, with a crust 1 to 2 mm thick, hard, and crispy. Light to dark brown
crust, light brown to beige crumb, with a soft, consistent, alveolar texture.
May contain brick marks and traces of charcoal on its base.
Smell: Crust and crumb have an
intense aroma of cereals and yeast.
Taste: Predominantly tastes of flour, with low salt
content, and a crumb with high moisture content.
CONSERVATION CONDITIONS:
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place, and outside the packaging.
