DARK SEEDED BREAD WITH SCRAMBLED EGGS

INGREDIENTS:

1 Dark Seeded Bread Loaf;
150g diced ham;
Olive oil, as needed;
Salt, to taste;
2 eggs;
Fresh parsley, to taste.

PREPARATION:

1. Slice the dark seeded bread loaf.
2. In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced ham and fry for a few minutes.
3. Crack the eggs into the pan, season with salt, and scramble until cooked through. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the scrambled eggs.
4. Serve the scrambled eggs on top of the sliced bread.
