BOLINHA DE RIO MAIOR WITH EGG

INGREDIENTS:

1 slice of Pão de Rio Maior;
1 Egg;
Butter to taste;
Salt to taste;
Pepper to taste.

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC for a few minutes;
2. Spread butter on the slice of bread and place it in an oven-safe skillet;
3. When the slice is golden brown, crack the egg onto it and let it cook until the egg white is set;
4. Season with salt and pepper;
5. Place the skillet in the oven for 5-8 minutes, depending on your preference for a runny or firm yolk.
