RIO MAIOR BREAD PORRIDGE WITH BANANA, BLUEBERRIES, AND GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS

1 Slice of Rio Maior Bread (approx. 30 to 40g of crumb);
200ml of skimmed milk or plant-based milk
1 Banana;
Blueberries to taste;
Granola to taste;
Cinnamon to taste;

PREPARATION

1. Remove the crust from the slice of Rio Maior Bread and crush the crumb;
2. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork;
3. Heat the milk in a saucepan and then add the crumb and the banana;
4. When the porridge starts to thicken, add a little cinnamon;
5. Finally, place in a bowl and add the granola and the blueberries or garnish to taste.
