INGREDIENTS:
1 slice of 450g Rio Maior Bread;
1 Avocado;
1 Egg;
Olive oil or Butter;
Salt and oregano to taste;
PREPARATION:
1. Cut 1 slice of Rio Maior Bread and toast it;
2. Remove the pit and peel from the avocado, then mash it with a fork;
3. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil or butter and fry the egg;
4. Spread the mashed avocado on top of the slice of Rio Maior Bread and place the fried egg on top;
5. Finally, season with salt and oregano.
