SMALL BREAD ROLL WITH EGG AND AVOCADO

INGREDIENTS:


1 Rio Maior Small Bread Roll (80g);
1 Avocado;
1 Egg;
Port Wine to taste;
Thyme to taste;
Sugar to taste.

PREPARATION:

1. Cook the Egg;
2. Remove the seed and peel from the avocado;
3. Mash the avocado in a bowl, adding a bit of sugar and Port Wine;
4. Open the Rio Maior Small Bread Roll;
5. Spread the avocado on top of the bread, then add slices of boiled egg;
6. Finally, season with Thyme.

Suggestion: Serve with cherry tomatoes and orange juice.
