BREAD FROM RIO MAIOR WITH CAMEMBERT CHEESE AND PLUM

INGREDIENTS:

1 Rio Maior Bread;
1 Camembert Cheese;
5 Plums;
Strawberry and Plum Jam to taste;
Walnuts to taste.

PREPARATION:


1. Cut the top part of the Pão de Rio Maior, remove the filling, and set it aside. At the same time, preheat the oven to 180ºC for 10-15 minutes.
2. In a separate container, place the strawberry and plum jam and set aside.
3. Cut the plums, remove the pits, and add them to the previous mixture with the walnuts.
4. Prepare the cheese in pieces and place it inside the Pão de Rio Maior in layers, along with the previous mixture.
5. In an oven-safe dish, place the Pão de Rio Maior and bake for about 15 minutes at 180ºC until it is toasted.
