CHURROS WITH PÃO DE FORMA DE RIO MAIOR

INGREDIENTS:

1 Loaf of Rio Maior Multigrain Bread (500g); 
2 Eggs; Milk to taste; 
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract; 
Sugar to taste; 
Cinnamon to taste; 
Vegetable Oil; 
Chocolate or Strawberry or Dulce de Leche (to dip as desired).

PREPARATION:


1. Cut the Rio Maior Multigrain Bread into slices and then into sticks;
2. Beat the eggs, add milk and vanilla extract, and mix;
3. Soak the sticks in the mixture and place them in the fryer with hot oil until golden on all sides;
4. On a plate, mix sugar and cinnamon and roll the sticks in the mixture.
