BANANA AND BREAD CUSTARD TARTS

Serves 2 People

INGREDIENTS:

100g of Rio Maior Bread;
100g of Skimmed Milk;
2 Small Ripe Bananas;
1 Egg;
1 teaspoon of Baking Powder.

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC for 5 minutes;
2. Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender, mix, and set aside;
3. Then, place the mixture in individual molds;
4. Bake in the oven at 180ºC for 15 minutes;
5. Finally, add the topping to taste.
