INGREDIENTS:
250g Rio Maior Bread, crushed;
250g Cooked Chestnuts (in water with salt and fennel);
200g Cooking Chocolate;
80g Brown Sugar;
1 Egg;
100ml Milk;
1 teaspoon Baking Powder;
A pinch of Pepper;
A pinch of Salt;
Chocolate with Almonds for decoration, to taste.
PREPARATION:
1. Melt the chocolate, add it to the milk, and set aside;
2. Mix the remaining ingredients;
3. Combine the mixture with the melted chocolate;
4. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture, and decorate with chopped chocolate;
5. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
