CHRISTMAS ROLL WITH BRIOCHE BREAD AND ICING SUGAR

Serves 2 People

INGREDIENTS:

1 Brioche Bread with Icing Sugar;
200 g of sugar;
100 g of butter;
50 g of cocoa powder;
200 g of mascarpone cheese;
Powdered sugar (to taste);
Liquid chocolate (to taste);
Ground cinnamon (to taste).

PREPARATION:

1.Cut the Brioche Bread with Icing Sugar into small pieces, place them in a bowl, and add the melted butter and cocoa powder. Mix well until you achieve a consistent dough. Roll it out carefully with a rolling pin and set aside;
2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and cinnamon until you get a smooth and creamy mixture;
3. Spread the cream over the prepared dough and carefully roll it to form a log. Place it in the fridge for 20 minutes to set;
4. Finish by decorating as desired, using liquid chocolate, powdered sugar, or other festive toppings.
