1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC for a few minutes;
2. Mix the bread, previously cut into cubes, with the egg, sugar, and milk in the blender for 20 seconds;
3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and gently mix in the raspberries and chocolate pieces;
4. Place everything in a baking dish, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 180ºC.
SUGGESTION: Serve it still warm with a scoop of coconut or vanilla ice cream on the side.
