INGREDIENTS
1 Rustic Brioche Bread from Rio Maior;
300ml whipping cream;
3 natural yogurts;
300g mango pulp;
Mint leaves for garnish;
PREPARATION
1. Start by cutting 3 slices of Rustic Brioche Bread from Rio Maior into very small pieces, toast them in the oven, and set aside;
2. Mix 3 natural yogurts with mango pulp and set aside;
3. Whip the whipping cream until it reaches a good consistency;
4. First, layer toasted Brioche bread pieces in a glass, then a layer of whipped cream, bread, mango mousse, a little pulp for decoration with some bread, and two mint leaves.
