CHEESE AND BACON BURGER

INGREDIENTS:

2 beef patties;
1 Rio Maior bread roll;
Cheddar cheese, as needed;
Processed cheese, as needed;
Garlic sauce, as needed;
Bacon slices, as needed;
Black pepper, as needed;
Sweet paprika, as needed;
2 cloves of garlic, minced;
Salt, as needed.

PREPARATION:

1.Prepare your patty with melted cheese in the middle, season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic. Before placing it in the skillet, add salt and sweet paprika on top of the patty;
2.In a skillet, add butter and lightly brown the patty to your liking. In another skillet, fry the bacon;
3.Slice the bread roll in half and place the cooked patty inside. Add slices of cheddar cheese and bacon slices;
4.Finally, top with garlic sauce.
