Duration: 30 minutes Serves 5 People
Ingredients
1 large round loaf of bread;
100g diced ham;
3 sausages, sliced;
100g bell pepper, diced;
1 package of low-fat grated cheese;
200g quark cheese;
Aluminum foil.
Instructions
1. Cut off the top of the bread and hollow out the inside, leaving as much intact as possible. Cut the removed bread into cubes;
2. In a bowl, mix the diced ham, sliced sausages, grated cheese, bell pepper, and quark cheese;
3.Place the hollowed-out bread on a piece of aluminum foil, fill it with the mixture, and place the top back on;
4. Wrap the bread completely in aluminum foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes;
5. Remove from the oven and place on a tray;
6. Unwrap the bread, leaving the aluminum foil intact. Place the top of the bread and the bread cubes next to it, and bake for another 5 minutes to toast;
7. Remove from the oven, rewrap to keep warm, and serve at the table as a surprise;
8. Once the bread cubes are finished, you still have the toasted bread to accompany the rest of the filling.
